Incremental Development Alliance happy hour + lecture

  • The Standard 315 East Gray Street Norman, OK, 73069 United States (map)

You are invited to an important event!

The Incremental Development Alliance (Inc Dev) is hosting a free lecture on the Introduction to the Small Scale Development Movement featuring Eric Kronberg, a zoning expert who specializes in creating walkable, livable communities. Eric is Principal of Kronberg U+A and a Senior Faculty of Incremental Development Alliance.

Norman is at a pivotal moment, overhauling development codes and parking standards after its comprehensive planning transformation with AIM Norman. This is another opportunity to be part of the conversation shaping the city's future.

Given Norman's interest in encouraging quality infill projects, this is particularly valuable. The lecture covers how advocates and local leaders can encourage better buildings and practical pathways to supporting or becoming a small-scale real estate developer.

This initiative is hosted by the City of Norman. The Standard is glad to play host to this event, particularly because The Standard concept was directly inspired by a similar lecture held IncDev in Oklahoma City 8 years ago, that event having also inspired many different quality infill projects throughout the OKC Metro. Thank you to the sponsors of this event, OEC Electric & Fiber, Johnson Commercial Group, First United Bank and Johnson & Associates.

Please feel free to invite others that need to be included in the conversation!
